Personal data we collect

• Account registration data: name, email address, password (hashed)
• Profile data: contact number, profile picture, CV file, preferred job categories
• Employer data: company name, company description, industry, location, website URL
• Job application data: cover message, submitted CV, contact details
• Usage data: pages visited, search queries, job views, session identifiers
• Cookie consent data: consent preferences, timestamp, session ID, IP address

Purpose of data collection

• Providing and operating the EnerJobs platform and its features
• Matching candidates with relevant job opportunities
• Enabling employers to manage job listings and applications
• Sending transactional emails including application confirmations and job alerts
• Improving platform performance through anonymised analytics (with consent)
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations under GDPR

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with:

• Payment processors (Przelewy24) to handle subscription and promotion payments
• Email delivery providers to send transactional and notification emails
• Analytics providers (only after explicit consent) to understand platform usage
• Legal authorities where required by applicable law

Data retention

• Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted upon account deletion request
• Job application data is retained for 24 months after submission
• Cookie consent logs are retained for 3 years for regulatory compliance
• Payment records are retained for 5 years in accordance with Polish tax law

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data including encrypted storage, HTTPS transmission, and access controls. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
